The Enclave Way’s Business Consulting is designed to increase morale, decrease burnout, and maximize the bottom line. Working directly with Beth Nordaune, Founder of The Enclave Way, you will receive executive-level consulting to propel your company forward.

Beth acts as an outside change agent for you and your company. Through personalized consulting, Beth will work directly with your executive team from beginning to end. She will use her expertise as a corporate leader and consultant to teach strategies and help implement them specifically for your company’s success.

1. EXPLORATORY INTERVIEW

Through a baseline mini-assessment and interview, we will uncover the problems and needs of the company. We will get to the bottom of questions like:

At the end of this interview, we will confirm that this consulting relationship is the right next step for you and a good fit for both parties.
