I'm Beth Nordaune, Founder of The Enclave Way.

As a business executive, I have found myself repeatedly struggling to manage employees while trying to balance work and life. The line between the two became so blurred that I even found myself working from my hospital bed after the birth of my first child.

But through parenting, family health issues, and even loss, I’ve learned that time is life’s currency. 

With over 20 years of experience as a business executive, corporate trainer, entrepreneur, and CEO, I’ve perfected my process for training successful business leaders who enjoy freedom from work. 

Since pairing  RSTMM® with my business, I’ve seen a multi-million dollar company increase its revenue by 70%. I’ve witnessed C-Suite executives find joy in work and take back their lives.

You might say The Enclave Way was born from Beth’s competitive nature. Although it also could have been her passion for the hero’s transformation story. Her heart for others obviously was a big part. Undoubtedly her determination to persevere through professional and personal trials contributed. 

Ambitious, yet supportive. Goal-oriented, and grounded. From playing “work” as a child to starting her own real estate business, Beth has been honing her business and leadership skills her whole life. Coaching many other executives to succeed has helped Beth refine her process for helping others grow as business leaders.

The Enclave Way is Beth’s desire to change the landscape of business. We passionately protect the human side of business and believe in empowering and educating leaders who inspire and create a culture of innovation and collaboration.
