Tool #1: Calendly

Not only am I cutting down on tons of back-and-forth emails, I’m also allowing for streamlined scheduling at the convenience of myself and my clients. I can create different types of meetings and events, and I can see my schedule at a glance. Calendly’s simple integration with Gmail plus its advanced workflows and automation make this tool a no-brainer.

Again, cutting down on emails is one of the most notable differences Loom has helped me with. I’ve been able to use this tool to provide training videos, talk through more nuanced ideas with my team, brief my company, and build engagement from a distance.
