I'm Beth Nordaune, Founder of The Enclave Way.

As a business executive, I have found myself repeatedly struggling to manage employees while trying to balance work and life. The line between the two became so blurred that I even found myself working from my hospital bed after the birth of my first child.

But through parenting, family health issues, and even loss, I’ve learned that time is life’s currency. 

With over 20 years of experience as a business executive, corporate trainer, entrepreneur, and CEO, I’ve perfected my process for training successful business leaders who enjoy freedom from work. 

Since pairing  RSTMM® with my business, I’ve seen a multi-million dollar company increase its revenue by 70%. I’ve witnessed C-Suite executives find joy in work and take back their lives.

I’m here to help you on your path to establishing a profitable business, a cohesive company culture, and a healthy work-life balance.

You might say The Enclave Way was born from Beth’s competitive nature. Although it also could have been her passion for the hero’s transformation story. Her heart for others obviously was a big part. Undoubtedly her determination to persevere through professional and personal trials contributed. 

Ambitious, yet supportive. Goal-oriented, and grounded. From playing “work” as a child to starting her own real estate business, Beth has been honing her business and leadership skills her whole life. Coaching many other executives to succeed has helped Beth refine her process for helping others grow as business leaders.

The Enclave Way is Beth’s desire to change the landscape of business. We passionately protect the human side of business and believe in empowering and educating leaders who inspire and create a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Meet the Team

Founder

Beth Nordaune

Beth is the founder of The Enclave Way. She has a passion for building businesses by building people.

She is a self-taught entrepreneur who believes success is not an event, it’s a process. There is no golden ticket towards achievement, it takes the right mindset, systems, and people to create your roadmap to success.

Beth utilized her skills and the power of coaching to create a seven-figure business in real estate. She is excited about helping others reach their goals, find beauty in the process, take risks worth taking, and persevere through the challenges.

● Beth’s real estate team, The Enclave Team, is ranked in the top 20 RE/MAX       teams in the US, and top 80 RE/MAX teams worldwide.
● Under Beth’s leadership, her team members have all grossed or built 6 figure businesses by their second year of work.
● From the ground up, Beth grew Enclave Team into a seven-figure business dominating the two largest metro areas in Minnesota.
● She helped build a small residential construction company up from a few home builds a year, to over 40 per year.
● Beth has over 20 years of real estate experience and 7 years of coaching under her belt, helping other business owners achieve their professional goals while maintaining balance in their personal lives.
● Traveling to see the world with her two daughters is one of Beth's greatest passions. She especially loves hiking and taking in expansive views.
● Beth's love for music often finds her seeking out theatre and concert performances.

Director of Operations

Jill Becker

Jill is a wearer of all hats. She could be titled as HR, Tech Support, Administrator, and so on. But “Director of Operations'' or “Our Life Line” will have to do.

Jill got her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Business and Communication Theory at Arizona State University. She lived in Arizona for nine years to escape the winters but eventually made her way back home to Rochester.

Growing up in a real estate family, she also has experience in lending, home equity, and home mortgages. Jill has been the Director of Operations for The Enclave Team for the last five years.

Fun Facts:
● Jill has never met a pizza she didn’t like. She even has her own wood-fired pizza oven!
● Whether it’s on the beaches of Thailand or exploring Paris, in her spare time you can find Jill traveling all over the globe.

Brenna Steffens

After one too many Mad Men episodes, Brenna received her degree in Advertising and Communications from Iowa State University. She’s well aware that we’re living in a content-saturated world, in fact, that’s what initially sparked her curiosity about consumers’ expectations of media in their daily lives.

Brenna loves diving deep into a brand and figuring out how to best tell its authentic story. With a background in graphic design, branding, and digital strategy she’s used to honing all of her skills and not sticking to one lane within the industry.

● Brenna has advertised for industries from solar engineering, to luxury fashion brands, and even premium cigar sales.
● She is a podcast and documentary aficionado – if it’s trivia night you’ll want her on your team
